Job Title: Equipment Operator / Material Handler
Location: Wahoo, NE
Pay: $22–$26/hr 
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (3-day weekends!)

About the Role

Rebellion Fabrication is looking for an Equipment Operator / Material Handler who’s ready to hit the ground running. This role is crucial to keeping our production flow moving—helping manage incoming materials, outbound shipments, and everything in between. If you’re hands-on, confident behind the wheel of a telehandler or skid steer, and take pride in a clean, efficient yard, we want to talk.

What You’ll Do

• Follow our shipping, receiving, and material handling processes to keep materials flowing accurately and efficiently

• Report to the Shipping/Receiving Coordinator for instructions on staging and trailer loading

• Safely offload incoming trucks and place material in the correct staging areas

• Operate equipment including telehandlers, forklifts, skid steers, and overhead cranes

• Assist with yard organization, trailer prep, and outbound logistics

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free lot

• Conduct daily equipment checks and follow all safety protocols

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• Experience operating heavy equipment (telehandlers, skid steers, forklifts, etc.)

• A background in construction, landscaping, excavation, or yard operations

• Familiarity with shag/lot trucks (CDL not required)

• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset

• The ability to thrive in an outdoor, physically active environment

• A positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
